At Louminous Makeup, we strive to provide exceptional services to our clients. In order to maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure a seamless experience, we have established the following non-refundable policy and date change policy:
a. All bookings made with Louminous Makeup require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service.
b. In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit will not be refunded. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but the deposit is non-refundable to compensate for the time and effort spent in scheduling the appointment and reserving the makeup artist’s availability exclusively for you.
Date Change Policy:
a. Once a booking is confirmed, date changes are not allowed. We allocate our makeup artists’ schedules based on the appointments booked in advance, and any changes can disrupt their availability for other clients.
b. We encourage clients to carefully consider their event dates before finalizing the booking. If there is a genuine need to change the date due to extenuating circumstances, we will make every effort to accommodate the request based on the makeup artist’s availability. However, such changes are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis, and an additional fee may apply.
Substitute Crew for Sick Makeup Artist:
a. At Louminous Makeup, we understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, may prevent a booked makeup artist from attending an appointment.
b. In the rare event that the assigned makeup artist is unable to provide the service due to illness or any other valid reason, we will make every effort to arrange a suitable substitute makeup artist to ensure that the appointment proceeds as planned.
c. Our substitute makeup artists are highly skilled and experienced professionals who can deliver the same level of quality and service. However, please note that the substitute makeup artist may not be the same person originally booked.
d. If a substitute makeup artist is unavailable for any reason, Louminous Makeup will work with the client to reschedule the appointment at a mutually agreeable date and time. In such cases, the non-refundable deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.
By booking an appointment with Louminous Makeup, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our non-refundable policy and date change policy as outlined above. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain our commitment to providing exceptional service.
