01

Booking & packages

How do I book my wedding makeup and hair?

Start by sending Louminous your wedding date, getting-ready location, the time you need to be ready, and the services you’d like.

  1. We check artist availability and discuss the right package for your day.
  2. You receive a personalised quote and booking agreement.
  3. Your booking is secured once your agreement is completed and your deposit is received.

Which bridal package is right for me?

Single Look suits a bride who wants one complete makeup and hair look without extended touch-up coverage. The 6-Hour Package provides continuous support through preparations and the key moments that follow. The 10-Hour Package suits a longer celebration with more time for touch-ups and planned look changes.

Share your timeline with us and we’ll help you choose.

Can I choose my makeup artist?

Yes. Browse the Louminous artist portfolios and let us know whose work you connect with. Your preferred artist is subject to availability for your date and the services requested.

We’ll confirm your selected artist in your personalised quote.

How is my final quote determined?

Your final quote depends on your selected artist, location, timing and any additional services.

Send us your wedding details for a personalised quote.

Are there any additional fees?

Early start, travel and parking fees may apply, depending on your wedding arrangements. Additional services, such as bridal party services or extended coverage, can also affect the quote.

Share your locations, schedule and service requests so we can explain the applicable charges in your personalised quote.

Can you provide services for my bridal party or family?

Bridal party and family makeup and hair can be requested as additional services. Tell us how many people need makeup, hair or both, where they will be getting ready, and their ready-by time.

We’ll review the artist or assistant coverage needed and confirm availability and pricing in your quote.

02

Trials & preparation

Is a bridal trial included in my package?

A bridal trial is included in the Louminous 6-Hour and 10-Hour Packages. For Single Look, a trial can be added separately.

Your quote will confirm the selected package and trial arrangements.

When should I book my bridal trial?

We generally recommend arranging your bridal trial around two to four months before your wedding, subject to your artist’s availability.

This gives you time to explore your makeup and hairstyle before the wedding day. Let us know if you have a different timeframe in mind.

What happens at a bridal trial?

Your trial is a dedicated appointment to explore one bridal makeup look and one hairstyle with your artist. We’ll discuss your preferences and how your look works with your outfit, accessories and wedding plans.

Trials normally take place at our Markham studio. Allow approximately three to four hours; your appointment length will be confirmed with your artist.

What should I bring to my bridal trial?

Bring a few makeup and hair reference photos, along with photos of your wedding outfit. If you have your veil or hair accessories, bring them so you and your artist can see the look together.

Tell your artist about any allergies, sensitivities or particular concerns before the appointment. We’ll share preparation instructions for your appointment.

Are false lashes and hair extensions included?

False lashes are included with bridal makeup. Hair extensions are not supplied by Louminous.

You may bring your own extensions. Installation is complimentary where time and hair condition allow; please discuss your extensions with your artist in advance.

03

Wedding day & coverage

Can I split my 6 or 10 hours across the day?

The 6-Hour and 10-Hour Packages provide continuous coverage from the agreed start time. These hours cannot be split into separate sessions.

Share your ceremony, photo and reception schedule so we can help plan the coverage.

Can I change my look during the wedding?

Look changes can be planned within your 6-hour or 10-hour coverage. The number and timing of changes depend on your chosen styles and wedding schedule.

Discuss your outfits and preferred looks with your artist in advance so the changes can be included in your timeline.

When do we plan the wedding morning schedule?

We normally work through the detailed beauty timeline around one month before the wedding.

We’ll need the getting-ready location, ready-by time, service list and key events in your schedule to plan the appointments and any additional artist support.
